Key hints.

1- Avoid using omnidirectional antennas , as you are going to see I've used only directional and sectoral antennas.
Well, Omni antennas could'd been a nice idea a long time ago when jitter and pkt loss were not so relevant or the maximum internet speed was like 500kb/s or 1mb/s But that's not true nowadays , moreover , Omnidirectional are easy do deploy ,easy to foresee the covered spots. When you choose to use Sectoral Antennas , There're those that cover 60º , 90º and 120º.Why is it so different from Omni Antennas? Well , It keeps the signal more "focused" on the respective area , thus encompassing more clients without loss of pkts.

2. We've chosen mikrotik , even though I'm a fan of Cisco stuff ( I've been working with Cisco for almost 10 years)
Mikrotik is a "made for " solution, cheaper and easier to deploy.

3.Avoid use simples polarization , instead use dual polarization radios/antennas , for example Ubiquiti Rocket M5 or Mikrotik Base with ubiquiti basestaton Antenna.

4. If the patch between the antennas are not too far ( up to 10 miles )use a high power laser  in order to line up them.
